About the HBCU Invitational
The Northrop Grumman HBCU Invitational aims to engage and attract top technical and business students for entry-level and internship opportunities. Selected students will have the opportunity to participate in technology talks and workshops led by Northrop Grumman leaders, join panel discussions, and interview for internships and full-time positions.
Individuals will gain valuable insight into how our employees are inspiring, leading, and succeeding in a variety of roles across our company.

The African-American Task Group's mission is to internally and externally reinforce Northrop Grumman’s commitment to attaining and maintaining an inclusive workforce by creating an atmosphere that attracts, promotes, and fosters development of diverse professionals across business areas.
